If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, contact us within 14 days of deliverywith photos. We'll offer a full refund or a replacement (when one is available). Return shipping for these cases is on us.
Because most of our parts are rare, one-of-one items, change-of-mind returns are handled case by case. Reach out within 14 days of delivery — if we accept the return, the item must come back in the same condition it was shipped, with the buyer covering return shipping. The refund is issued once the part arrives back to us.
Every order is paid through PayPal, which means you're covered by PayPal Buyer Protection on top of our own policy.
