• Most of our parts are used, genuine BMW parts. If a part is aftermarket or a reproduction, the listing says so.
• Most parts are one of a kind. The photos show the exact part you will receive. Wear, marks and flaws are shown in the photos and described in the listing.
• Listings show the model and part numbers where we have them. If you are not sure a part fits your car, ask us before you order.

• Prices are in US dollars and include tracked shipping.
• Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included. If they apply, you pay them.
• You pay through PayPal. You can also pay by debit or credit card through PayPal without a PayPal account.
• You can use one coupon code per order. A code works only while it is active, before its expiry date, while it has uses left, and if your order meets any minimum spend.

• Our contract with you starts when your payment goes through. We then email you an order confirmation.
• A part in your basket is not reserved. If it sells before you pay, you will not be able to check out with it.

• On some parts you can make an offer. We can accept it, decline it or send you a counter offer by email.
• If we accept or counter, the email includes a payment link. The link works for 72 hours.

• We ship from Amman, Jordan, usually within 1 to 3 business days of payment.
• Every order is tracked. We email you the tracking link when your order ships.
• The delivery times on our Shipping page are estimates. Customs in your country can add time.
• We ship to the countries listed at checkout.

Damaged or not as described. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the part and the packaging. We will give you a full refund.

Changed your mind. Most of our parts are one of a kind, so we look at change-of-mind returns case by case. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. If we accept the return, the part must come back in the same condition we sent it, and you pay the return shipping. We refund you once it arrives back with us.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your payment is also covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. Full details are on our Returns page.

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

If you buy for a business, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

The photos and text on this website belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live somewhere else, you keep any protection your local consumer law gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
